Richard, the owner of Benjamin’s Brushes has painted several houses for me both interior and exterior and at this point I don’t even get another bid because he’s been unmatched in the quality of work. (Actually repairs old wood siding and is a good carpenter) He’s the guy you can recommend to your mother in law and not have to sweat it
